So much has happened!

I’ve been at home
I’ve been to Australia
And New Zealand
And I’m back again...

The time away was both stretching and exhausting, but also wonderful and refreshing.

Some amazing things:
Things that shed their bark instead of leaves
A wild Koala (NOT A BEAR!) outside the classroom window [necessitating a Koala break]
Lizards on our window
Wallabies
Birds that look like trees
Catepillars that look like snakes

And wonderful, generous, welcoming people –
The Logan Community Church - such a gift of hospitality - watching baptisms, a wedding, friendships, feasting (a LOT of food!) – empowerment of leaders, amazing friends – can you tell we/I loved it?
Sydney and Debbie and Loz, and the Kenthurst Church who made us welcome, and left me rendered helpless with laughter at Andrew and my duet on Singstar (suffice it to say we did better when we were laughing than when we were singing!!)
Esther and Eifion (and David and Jenny!) and the Botanical Garden picnic – how great to see friends
The gracious and gentle Dave Harris who ushered us around and we chatted for Australia!

And then the Kiwi bunch –So much thinking, and talking and sharing and listening, and HOPING... and walking on wonderful beaches, and seeing beauty and lushness

There – that’s a potted version... I’ll try and find a photo or two....
